Dependant
Foundations, Inc. is a contractor that you can trust to provide you with quality
foundation services. Founded in 1984, Dependant Foundations has developed
dozens of innovative techniques and processes used in the construction of
thousands of foundations throughout southeast Michigan.
The following are items
and brief descriptions of service we can provide with the foundation package:

EXCAVATION |
Dependant Foundations has
the equipment for excavation of customer foundation. |

TRENCHING FOOTINGS |
We also offer trenching
service when required for walkouts and garages. |
|
FORMED FOOTING |
Our footing crew can form
a wide variety. These become the work area for forming the walls. |
|
WALL FORMING |
Dependant owns a full range
of flat face aluminum forms. Our standard forms are 8' and 9'...both
in hand set and gang set configurations. Note that
we can also form your walls with either interior or exterior insulation
materials (R10-R26) |

FLATWORK AND STEEL |
In Spring 2003 we started
offering interior basement and garage flatwork. As part of this full
service package we will arrange to set your steel for the foundation as well
as schedule with your plumber for his hook-up of interior drain tile and
other items. Our vision is to provide open top poured projects. |

EXTERIOR DRAIN TILE AND PEA-STONE |
Our standard foundation
packages include footing bleeder, the hook-up of exterior drain tile, and
placement of exterior pea-stone. |

DAMP PROOFING OR
WATERPROOFING |
Base foundation packages
also include damp proofing and a very competitive upgrade price for
waterproofing with a 10 year limited warranty.

CONCRETE PUMPING |
Dependant Foundations is
also the owner of ALPHA Concrete Pumping. This sister company allows us
to have access to 3 different pump trucks. Click

AutoCAD |
Every blue print and
drawing is reviewed and re-drawn to assure the highest level of accuracy
when doing your project. See our Workflow Process for more details. |

ROBOTIC LAYOUT |
A special part of
Dependant Foundation's service and workflow process is to take all the
dimensional data from our AutoCAD rendering and export it to a robotic
device. This device allow us to layout and pin your foundation at a
high level of accuracy. |

Frost Removal |
Dependant Foundations also
has a ground heater to help remove frost. This wintertime wonder is
available for rent on a first come first serve basis. |
