Director of Operations/Owner

Owner Shawn Karczewski has worked in the poured wall industry for a number of years.

Trained and mentored by Mark Markovich of Dependant Foundations Inc. Brighton, Michigan.  

The company’s commitment to excellence has warranted the investment in the resources tools, technology, equipment, and training needed to form  quality basements.

Mark Markovich/Business Consultant

 Mark's experience dates back to the 1970's. He has worked with dozens of companies over the decades and developed and refined many of the workflow processes adopted by Dependant Foundations LLC.

 

Terry: Engineer and AutoCad

Terry is responsible to convert the blue prints into AutoCad rendering that are converted and downloaded into a total station device to assist in the most accurate foundation layouts.

 

Marsha: Accounting 

Marsha is responsible for accounts receivable and staff support.
